REPUBLIC DAY

“ Take risks in your life. If you win, you can lead. If you lose, you can guide!

–           Swami Vivekananda’’

This year, 2022 marked 73 complete years of the Constitution of India. 26th January is celebrated as Republic day every year with great patriotism and zeal. Shri Balaji Institute of Technology   and Management and the NSS unit left no stone unturned for the celebration of Republic day despite the pandemic. The whole celebration was streamed live on YouTube for teachers and students watching from home.

Republic day celebration started with National anthem which was followed by hoisting the  flag  by our chief guest in presence Treasurer of (GSSSKSS).

The event’s anchoring was done by NSS volunteers, Mr Ankush Hingve, and Ms. Sheetal Kanathe . This year, the theme was YOUTH, which depicts the young crowd of India responsible for bringing a change in the coming future, the most important human resource we have at present. The fight then was for freedom, now it’s with an infectious disease.  The NSS volunteers created a beautiful Rangoli of Shri Swami Vivekananda keeping in mind his principles and guiding for the youth of India. We also paid tribute to all the corona warriors and especially scientists and the medical industry who have provided us with a precious gift of vaccine not only to India but also to other countries.
