The Training and Placement department organize various seminars for students to enlighten them about placement activities, general needs of the companies, the present market scenario, various possibilities and career opening. Student queries are answered and satisfied through various interactive sessions. It also undertook various programs in association with host faculty and guest faculty for the improvement of student’s general aptitude, communication skills and interview skills. Training and Placement department conducts special sessions for aptitude development of students as well as GD- PI sessions.

Special mocks sessions of group discussions and personal interviews were also the part of training and placement cell to make the students comfortable about the environment of campus recruitment and industries.

Besides this, a regular session about technical awareness and technical interview is also conducted by the department in collaboration with the experienced staff members of the institute.

T&P department conducts awareness sessions in each department and speaks to the students about the campus selection process, eligibility, industry scenario, preparations, and industry expectations.
